Story
Our story started in 2018 with one unique hotel situated on a stunning Waterfront complex in the coastal destination of Southport, next to and overlooking Marine Lake as well as the sweeping views and the endless sunsets of the Ribble Estuary and Irish Sea.

We were born from a mix of wanting to challenge convention and be the change pioneers in hotel experiences.

We’re an award winning & rule breaking 4-star luxury boutique hotel, with 131 luxury bedrooms & Penthouses, Roof Garden and sublime spaces to accommodate guests and private functions.

We feel the industry has become drab with so many hotels with no personality when there is so much potential to be exciting and different.

Fancy fresh air and stretching the legs? There’s over 22 miles of coastline to get your feet (or bike) moving. Don’t forget to check out the historic landmark that is Southport Pier and the impressive Gormley art installation. Explore the dunes and soak up the sunsets on the stunning beaches of Crosby, Formby and Ainsdale.
If you fancy some greenery in your scenery, Formby Red Squirrel Reserve is nearby as well as the 17 acres of the King’s Gardens.
Speaking of green, if you love your golf, our location is perfectly positioned on England’s Golf Coast, unrivalled anywhere in the world with the highest concentration of championship links courses just waiting for you to take a swing at it.
